Nairobi, The Daily Kgs. The  President  of  Federal Republic of Somalia DR. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud participated in the opening senssion of the annual Meetings of the Africa Development Bank Group, emphasizing the need for joint global solutions to tackle climate change during presedential Dialogue ''Africa's Transformation, African Development Bank Group, and reform of the global financial architecure''  

In this adress, President Mohamud underscored that Somalia's progress despite facing significant security and climate change. He highlited the nations success in transforming its financial institution, leading to debt relief and increased and domestic revenue growth.

The president also detailed that Somalia's efforts to combat sever climate induced adversities, such as drouth and recurrent floods, showcasing the goverment's commitment to overcoming these challenges and promoting sustainble development.
